Maintenance Service Quality

I wanted to write a thank you review for the main maintenance guy in this apartment, Ben! He has been such a sweet helper ... ever since I moved into this apartment 2 years ago. Whether the unit needed a late night service or urgent problems, Ben didn't hesitate but be so willing to help. I am sad to move out from this unit at the end of this month because I will never meet someone like Ben again. Thank you for making my stay at Almansor Villa a great time. From Norway to Los Angeles

Me and my family moved all the way from Norway to Los Angeles, and via Google we found Almansor Villa Apartments in Alhambra. ... A website with good overview made us call them, and we were met by a nice and service-oriented manager. The service level has been very high all the way, from the first phone call to follow up-emails, contract closures and attendance at the residence. We had expected a lot of work to put everything right from Norway, but the management at Almansor Villa Apartments has been very helpful with good guidance all the way. After having been here for a few weeks we are very pleased. The area is awesome with pool, patio, laundry and garage facilities. The apartments are clean and well maintained, and if necessary the janitor fix things at short notice. We are very pleased and we give the Almansor Villa Apartments top score!
